What should I check if I need a receipt or invoice for my purchase?

Distinguish an order acknowledgment from proof that payment was completed. Keep a clear link between the document and the specific order if you make repeated purchases.

How can I keep a support request clear when several people respond?

List the steps already completed to avoid repeating them unnecessarily. Refer to previously supplied evidence when it remains relevant.

What does a verified-purchase label on a review tell me?

Do not assume every platform applies the same verification process. Consider whether the review describes the product or transaction process.
